Reiki Healing
Our body's energy system (wiring system) absorbs the mental and emotional stress, physical pain, and any trauma we’ve experienced during our lifetimes. Reiki can unblock stagnated energies and ground you to aid in allowing your energy to flow through out your body and create an inner balance. It can provide a sense of release, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Shamanic practices such as removal of intrusions, journeys, & soul retrieval release energies that your soul has brought with from past soul experiences and/or are present from experiences you have endured this lifetime. Sessions include a brief discussion of your goals of the session, reiki healing/chakra balancing, and a follow up discussion.
Intuitive Reading
We carry the innate ability to connect with all that is around and inside of us. With your permission I connect with your energy and your Spiritual Team to provide intuitive guidance. We all have our very own Spiritual Team, they are our guides, loved ones, and angels that are waiting to help and offer guidance. It's like your very own Spiritual cheer team! I hold a space with you in which your team provides insight and messages for you.

About Me.
My first experience with intuition and Spirit was at the age of 3, I experienced the "warning bells" inside my body right before I was kidnapped. Thankfully I had angels who intervened and saved me, but that was only the beginning. From that point on I had the "knowing" and "sensing" along with many Divine messages from God but I kept this secret all to myself until my high school years when it came in handy. My friends noticed I would sense situations, or my friendly advice was eerily spot on. Becoming a mother in 1998 is when my intuition became even greater and those 'spidey' senses intensified!
My Dark Night of the Soul or Divine Awakening happened in 2020 leaving me with no choice but to go within. Working as a nurse during Covid, managing the demands of critically ill patients with minimal support, and seeing no end in sight put in me in a place of deep sorrow and desperation. I grew so far outside of myself, numbing my thoughts, feelings, and growing farther and farther away from who I knew myself to be. For the first time I had no sense of self, no connection with God (which I always had), and no grip on who I was anymore.
I decided to start simple with deep breathing exercises several times per day and I slowly started to feel connected to myself once again! I eventually added meditation and chakra work which allowed be to learn who I truly was and fine tune my connection with Spirit!
As a nurse we work closely with patients in their most vulnerable conditions and it was in this realm my senses grew. I "sensed" what patients needed, "heard" what was wrong, and often I would "see" where the medical issue was. After receiving my Reiki certification, my senses exploded.
Following the pandemic I started to ask myself where I felt guided to be, I knew leaving the bedside as a nurse would be difficult but much needed. I transitioned to the Minneapolis VA and now provide care to our Veterans as a Cardiac Surgery Nurse Coordinator allowing me the work-life balance to grow personally, and soulfully:) As I became more balanced and in tune with my energy, I prioritized my connection with Spirit, surrendered and handed over my trust to the Divine, and in turn I have received clear guidance for myself and clients by connecting with loved ones as an evidential medium and intuitive guide, healer, and artist. We all have these abilities, finding how you open up inside and to the universe is the key. I am so honored, grateful, and excited to share my experiences and find your way with you to grow and elevate your Spirit.
